2012 Winter Conference
The SCILG and OFCCP are pleased to present a Winter Conference January 26, 2012 in Columbia, SC at Seawells
Join the SC ILG and OFCCP for a morning to review the recent changes and proposed changes in the Affirmative Action arena.
- First, The EEOC will provide case studies for discussion, highlighting the equal opportunity issues it sees repeatedly with employers.
- HudsonMann will then present a session titled Using Your AAP as a Managerial Tool.
- Last, Richele Taylor and Cheryl Behymer, lawyers with Fisher and Phillips LLP, will provide an update on the OFCCP’s new regulations, as well as commentary on proposed regulations and changes coming down the pipeline.
The Conference will conclude with a short Business Meeting of the SC ILG
